Information collected
360network may collect information visitors choose to provide through website forms, including name, business details, role, email address, phone number, website, service area, enquiry details, project context, desired timing, indicative investment range and consent fields.
If analytics are used, 360network may also collect limited website usage information, such as pages viewed, referral source, device and browser information, approximate location and interaction events.
Website forms
The Contact / Project Enquiry form collects enough information to understand and respond to an enquiry.
Submitting a form does not mean a project has been accepted or that a follow-up conversation is guaranteed.
Project Discovery Form
The Project Discovery Form is a private, unlisted follow-up form that may be shared after an initial enquiry. It is used to gather additional context before the next conversation.
The form does not include file upload in v1. Visitors should only share information that is useful and safe to share.
How information is used
Information submitted through the website may be used to respond to enquiries, understand request context, prepare for possible follow-up conversations, recommend a sensible starting point where appropriate, prepare proposals or scoped engagement recommendations, manage communication and maintain basic business records.
Analytics and cookies
360network may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the website and to improve website content, forms and navigation. Cookies or similar technologies may be used where required by analytics, spam protection or website functionality.
Third-party services
Website and business operations may involve third-party service providers, such as hosting providers, form tools, email services, CRM or business administration tools, analytics tools, spam protection tools and document or workspace tools.
These providers may process or store information as needed to support website and business operations. Specific providers may change as website and business systems are updated.
How information is stored and protected
Information may be stored in website systems, email inboxes, form tools, CRM tools or business documentation systems used by 360network.
360network takes reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
When information may be shared
360network does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers where reasonably needed, where required by law, to protect legal rights, or with consent or at the visitor's request.
Sensitive information
Visitors should not submit passwords, system access details, sensitive customer records, confidential client data, private employee information or information they are not authorised to share through website forms.
Email communication
360network may use email to respond to enquiries, follow up on submitted details and arrange possible next conversations. If work proceeds, email may also be used for engagement-related communication.
360network does not currently use website forms to add visitors to a newsletter or marketing email list.
Access, correction and deletion
Visitors can contact 360network to request access to personal information held about them, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information where appropriate.
